 cases.  For experienced CASAs\, the series will not only be a refresher bu
 t will provide information based on the latest court procedural changes\, 
 statutory amendments\, and the impact of recent appellate cases on our pra
 ctice.  \n\nThis training includes a discussion of pertinent Guardian Ad L
 item Rules but does not duplicate the GALR training.  \n\nCovered topics i
 nclude:\n-	Overview of the shelter care process\n-	Negotiating agreed depend
 ency and dispositional orders\n-	Motions\n-	Confidentiality\, records\, disc
 overy\n-	Permanency planning from a legal perspective\n-	The July 2021 Visit
 ation Law/CASA responsibilities and rights/GALR\n-	Working with CASA legal 
 staff\n-       Trial Preparation    \n\nYour attendance will count towards
  your annual 12 hours of ongoing CASA training requirement.\n\nTo register
