 strongest risk factors for exploitation\, making this topic especially rel
 evant for CASA volunteers.\nAttendees of CSEC 101 will:\n•	Develop an under
 standing of commercial sexual exploitation (CSE)\n•	Understand and identify
  the impacts of CSE on youth\n•	Gain skills and knowledge to identify and r
 espond to CSE\n•	Reflect on personal beliefs and biases related to people i
 nvolved in the sex trade\nThis training will be facilitated by Kelly Mangi
 aracina\, JD\, CSEC Policy & Program Manager. Ms. Mangiaracina began her w
 ork with the CSEC Program in 2013 while coordinating the King County Comme
 rcially Sexually Exploited Children Task Force. The Task Force includes re
 presentatives from more than 120 governmental\, non-governmental\, and com
 munity-based organizations. Ms. Mangiaracina regularly speaks on CSEC-rela
 ted work at the local\, statewide\, national\, and international levels.\n
